Property Pictures Submission

Submit your photos after a scheduled visit.

$50per property — paid through PayPal
What to do — in order
  1. Photograph the property: work through the checklist and take a clear photo of every item.
  2. Record the walkthrough: capture one full video of the exterior and one of the interior.
  3. Create a Dropbox folder: name it by the property address and add all of your photos and videos.
  4. Generate a share link for that folder.
  5. Complete this form: paste the share link, then confirm each item line by line (or mark it Missing / Inaccessible) so nothing gets overlooked, and hit Submit.
What we use this for

We're underwriting whether to buy this property. Your photos let us estimate rehab cost without driving out.

Documentation, not pretty pictures. Show the bad stuff — the worse it looks, the better the job you did.

Don't make these mistakes
  • Don't skip ugly rooms. The gross basement is the room we need most.
  • Don't tidy up. Leave debris/trash where it is and shoot it.
  • Don't only zoom in. Wide shot of every room FIRST, then close-ups.

  • Missing expectations = decreased pay (unless property missing component)
  • Quality work = increased pay or random bonus
  • Allow 48 hours before deleting your Dropbox folder
On site
  • Bring: flashlight, muck boots, regular shoes, gloves
  • Best time: 10am–3pm for natural light
  • 30–45 min on site + 5–10 min on this form

Record one continuous, uncut walkthrough each (exterior: a slow lap around all sides; interior: every room, every floor) and add them to your Dropbox folder. Check each box once it's included, and paste your folder link in Section 2.

6 Bedrooms, Attic, & Basement*

Still photos of each item below — every room. Minimum 3 photos per item — or all of the subject item. Mark Attic/Basement Inaccessible if you can't get to them.

7 Kitchen Pictures*

Kitchen drives huge rehab cost. Minimum 3 photos per item — or all of the subject item.

8 Bathroom Pictures*

Capture every bathroom. Half-baths count. Minimum 3 photos per item — or all of the subject item.

9 Mechanicals*

Look: water heater, furnace, A/C — basement, garage, utility closet, attic. Panel — basement, garage, laundry, hallway. Minimum 3 photos per item — or all of the subject item.
